1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CryptoStudio ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. Furthermore, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Exchange.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.
• You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
• You will not use the platform for any illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorism financing.

3. Trading Risks

The risk of loss in trading or holding Digital Currencies can be substantial. You should therefore carefully consider whether trading is suitable for you in light of your financial condition. Digital Currencies are not insured by any entity, nor are they backed by any government.

4. KYC and AML Checks

CryptoStudio reserves the right to impose Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements on user accounts. Withdrawals may be restricted until such verification is completed.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
